How to prepare your kit list
When you apply for your carnet, you must include a detailed list of the equipment you’re taking on the trip.
Supplying the list in the correct format will speed up the application process
You will need:
- Description of the item including brand name & model
- Serial number (where available)
- Quantity: number of items on that line
- Weight in kgs or grams. Don’t mix kgs & grams. Or you can just provide a total list weight
- Value in £. This is the current market value (not new), not including VAT
- Country where the item is manufactured
